The real estate industry in India was long due for a shake-up. In a market dominated by legacy players and plagued with consumer mistrust, the brand needed to establish a differentiated position - one that would resonate with India’s new generation of discerning, culture-conscious buyers while still evoking the trust and credibility associated with premium realty.

Enter: 52 North Realty - a luxury challenger brand built on empathy, balance, and a reimagined approach to real estate. Instead of leaning on heritage or sales figures, 52 North positions itself around the customer, transforming the buying journey from stressful and opaque to effortless, transparent, and lifestyle-driven.
The visual identity became the first articulation of this promise.

Drawing from cues of premium global houses - brands that the target audience already engages with daily, from fashion to hospitality - 52 North was designed to feel immediately familiar in its sophistication. Think clean geometry, elegant typography, and restrained colour choices, layered with elements of balance and Vastu - grids, symmetry, and directional motifs - that quietly ground the brand in cultural authenticity.


The result? A brand that not only reflects aspiration and prestige, but resonates on a deeper, more personal level with Indian buyers who seek harmony and trust in their homes.
